Act to amend the Census Act, 1910; to make special provision for the inclusion of certain persons in the census to be taken in the year 1941; to define the duties of the delimitation commission to be appointed under section forty-one of the South Africa Act in respect of the persons so included; because of war conditions to make special provision as to the compilation of voters' lists under the Electoral Act, 1918, and of the Cape native voters' roll under the Representation of Natives Act, 1936; and to make provision as to the qualification of diamond diggers for registration in the Cape native voters' roll.
