The Derwent Collection Papers consist of articles, manuscripts, photographic copies, prints, and negatives that are directly related to the Derwent Collection which includes 332 items of prints, maps, original art and photographs, created by Western professional and amateur artists and photographers from the 16th to 20th centuries. These works document the scenery, landmarks and social life in China, mostly Macau. The Derwent Collection Papers complement the books and art works of the Derwent Collection which were catalogued and added to the Special Collections and Archives of the Library. The records consist of information on Macau and Hong Kong history and photographic copies of the art works in the Derwent Collection. (English)
