Pretrial notes: Few details about the case but the presbytery entry notes that a commission against the accused had been issued as early as 1/6/1650 and that she had been fugitive. 31/12/1661 the presbytery with the laird of Langton, Archibald Cockburn, refer the case to the sheriff depute.
