trial of Ewfame Dundas

Scottish witch trial

Statements

Pretrial notes: They (six of them), having already been put the horn for not appearing in court, were ordered to be arrested and delivered to the Justice and his deputes. The commissioners were to assemble a group of armed men to find the suspects. They were put to the horn on 11/6/1629 by his Majesties Treasurer and Advocate for not appearing for their witchcraft trial. I put them as central trial, because they were meant to be tried by the justice and his deputes in Edinburgh. (English)
