Compare these two items: Q12408828 and Q223732. The first refers to a document (the declaration), the second to an event (the ... also declaration). Clearly one of these should be an instance of declaration of independence (Q1464916), but probably not both. Which one would depend on whether declaration of independence (Q1464916) is a subcategory of event or (legal?) document, I would think.
