{{Item documentation}} is a multilingual template which uses {{LangSwitch}}.

Item documentation is a meta template which include many other templates.

For items which are a subclass of something (having a subclass of (P279) statement), it includes {{Item classification}}.

For items with a '/class' subpage, the subpage is included.

{{Item documentation}} includes class specific templates (based on instance of (P31)). It displays :
