Not really
editCondensed milk is "already sweetened". This is about the home way of making dulce de leche (Argentina) or manjar (Chile). Simply boiling the condensed milk can... I saw the DR late, therefore I write here. If the Russians want to make a separate article for this (which is unnecessary IMHO) we cannot delete it, but the name is ridiculous, as condensed milk is already full of sugar. Delete this from the Russian WP and then ask deletion here. My vote is yours. --E4024 (talk) 22:13, 26 April 2021 (UTC)
