Again, an epic failuer of Wikidata!. Pinedo was never President. Vice Presidents and Senate Presidents in Argentina are in charge of the Executive power all the time. This happens several times each year!, each time the president is incapacitated even for one day for an operation, each time the president travels outside the country, etc. There is only one way to become President: takeing the oath.
