Correct identification of this object edit

The correct identification of some NGC objects is difficult due to errors and misunderstandings of the original observers and of the astronomers that, during time, re-analyzed the data.

Use the information of different sources, NGC 1998 has different identifications. Following the prescription of NGC/IC project the correct identification of NGC 1998 is PGC 17434, but not NGC 1995!

Source Other NGC PGC Link Notes
NGC/IC project in VizieR (Q1662358) --- PGC 17434 [1] right identification
NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database (Q488563) --- PGC 17434 [2] right identification
Lyon-Meudon Extragalactic Database (Q6709611) --- PGC 17434 [3] right identification
SIMBAD (Q654724) NGC 1995 PGC 17434 [4] right identification, but wrong assignment to NGC 1995!

It would be prudent do not use SIMBAD (Q654724) database to recover catalog names of this object!
