Self-reference and false claims
editThere is a problem with the references in this page. The autor Gerard Gertoux is self-referenced. For example the BNF in France talk about him as an "hebraist tetragrammist" clearly because the author has stated that in the page 4 of his book of 1999. (at this time he has no skill in hebrew, and even now the best degree he has in hebrew is the abilities to know the alphabet and traduct simple phrase of hebrew as state by the website of the university concerning the diploma he has obtained with Dominique Gonet at University of Lyon. See https://sourceschretiennes.org/cours-langue-ancienne/initiation-hebreu-biblique.--Amargor (talk) 12:36, 29 August 2020 (UTC) He has no master degree in hebrew. See the link of the university: https://sourceschretiennes.org/cours-langue-ancienne/initiation-hebreu-biblique--Amargor (talk) 15:07, 9 September 2020 (UTC) In fact the "sources chretiennes" cursus don't open the way to a diploma at all.--Amargor (talk) 16:38, 24 September 2020 (UTC)
Problem with sources cited for Gertoux being a Hebraist
editThe sources cited for Gertoux being a "Hebraist" merely inform that the claim is made in Gertoux's book Un Historique du nom divin and indeed only on page 4 of the cover. They do not make the statement themselves. Thus there are not four independent references to the claim made on the cover of the book. Theodoxa (talk) 18:45, 17 October 2020 (UTC)
Institut des sources chrétienneʃ
editGertoux has not studied in a separate course in the Institut des sources chrétiennes. When you are studied at "Maison de l'Orient" for a master, you have several lessons of old langage in the "institut des sources chrétiennes", but this is concerning the cursus of your master, this is not apart of it.--Amargor (talk) 13:28, 10 December 2020 (UTC) I have removed "hebraist", he has no academic skill in thie area. All references are self-claimed of the title, bio that the writer has provided to library, that they have published as is.--Amargor (talk) 10:07, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
IAA
editIAA is not the employer of Gertoux who is a retired professor of physics.--Amargor (talk) 17:44, 3 March 2021 (UTC)
