Move some links to Q7974157 and merge rest with Q2673976 ?
editI want to move wikipedia:es:Abrevadero from here to water trough (Q7974157) because it is for watering and not for feeding. Is anything speaking against that?
There are some more wikipedia links here with similar names ( wikipedia:ca:Abeurador wikipedia:fr:Abreuvoir wikipedia:it:Abbeveratoio wikipedia:nap:Abbeverature wikipedia:nrm:Abreuvous wikipedia:scn:Abbiviratura wikipedia:sk:Abreuvoir ) that should probably also be moved to water trough (Q7974157) because of the same reason. Some others maybe too. Consider that water trough (Q7974157) has a OpenStreetMap tag or key (P1282) associated that links to watering_place). But I can't do that because I don't really know these languages.
The rest (including wikipedia:de:Trog (Behälter)) could then hopefully be merged with manger (Q2673976).

wikipedia:de:Trog (Behälter) has been moved away to manger (Q2673976). Now I propose a NEW STRATEGY to resolve this here: Instead of merging this here (water trough (Q932689)) into water trough (Q7974157) I propose to do it in the opposite direction and merge water trough (Q7974157) into this here (water trough (Q932689)). This has the following reasons/advantages:
- 932689 is a smaller/older number than 7974157 and water trough (Q932689) has a longer history
- water trough (Q7974157) has less descriptions and wikipedia links
- wikipedia:en:Abreuvoir from here has a link to wikipedia:en:Watering trough, so if one removes wikipedia:en:Watering trough from water trough (Q7974157) to be able to merge it into here (water trough (Q932689)) wikipedia:en:Watering trough will still be reachable in wikipedia. (Apart from that, wikipedia:en:Watering trough is also reachable through wikipedia:c:Abreuvoir and wikipedia:c:Category:Abreuvoir.)
According to the majoritiy of descriptions, links and statements on this item here it is for watering in the first place and its English label will be changed from "manger" to "abreuvoir" (corresponding to wikipedia:en:Abreuvoir) and an alias will be "watering trough".
