I've written an article on Urdu Wikipedia Ur:بھارت کے اسپیشل ایکنامک زونز on Special Economic Zones in India. A Wikidata Rollbacker in constantly trying to merge it with item Q6598002 i.e. List of Special Economic Zones in India.

I would like to submit that this is not a list article. Consider this -- en:Prime Minister of India and en:List_of_Prime_Ministers_of_India are two distinct articles.

I am requesting your kind intervention so that Special Economic Zones in India cited above retains its distinct item code and I can write a different list item in future on List of Special Economic Zones in India.

For your record, Special Economic Zones in India contains the following sections:

1. SEZ introduction.
2. Origin in India
3. Available facilities to SEZs in India.
4. Conversion of EPZs into SEZs (only converted units are mentioned).
5. Annual income increments of SEZ incomes
6. Public problems because of SEZs

All these are distinct from EnWiki list article and hence it merits a separate Qcode.

Please intervene.
