Hi! Please note that municipalities and settlements in Estonia are distinct entities, even if coextensive for a few cases. For instance, municipality Sindi City (Q23890463) ceased to exist in 2017, but there is still-existing settlement Sindi (Q730707). Generally municipalities have flags and coats of arms in Estonia, settlements do not. Hence, please don't add statements about (former) municipal symbols to item about settlement, as you just did for Sindi and several other settlements in Estonia.

Also, you added inception year for several Estonian settlements that in fact is a year of status change, not inception. For instance, Lihula got city status in 1993, it wasn't founded then (Special:Diff/850914788). Also, generally start time (P580) is used for municipalites in Estonia, instead of "inception" that you added e.g. here.

I'd like to remind you of this again as you made loads of erroneous imports yesterday. You added websites of the former municipality to many current settlements, while these are distinct entities (also different Wikidata items exist), e.g. here (cf. Q23890458). It's hard for me to see what's the purpose of that kind of contributions if you don't check at all what you are doing and you merely mess up the data at large scale. I'd appreciate if you'd at least try to clean this up now.

Also, as discussed before, importing qualiferless elevantion for Estonian settlements is generally a bad idea. Since elevation often varies to large degree (10s of meters) then without specifying what this value stands for (maximum, minimum, something else?) it has no meaning whatsoever. Qualierless elevation might be appropriate for settlements in some other countries, for instance statistics office in Italy uses municipality elevation values for some designated reference points, but nothing like that is the case for Estonia. These elevation values probably originate from some poor quality source like Geonames that automatically extracts elevation for some random point from an elevation model around the territory of given place.

Additionally I'd be suspicious about importing data such as licence plate code and local dialing code for Estonian places. This data, even if not necessarily wrong, if definitely very much outdated. While some Wikipedia infoboxes present this as current data, such codes actually haven't been designated for about last 20 year, at least, in Estonia. So such data may easily be a misinterpretation based on particular plate numbers/telephone numbers.
