i have been working on this page it has links from other wikidata sources which I have not update on this page, can we reactive to I can update

The page had been nominated for deletion because its subject doesn't fulfil our notability policy, that's why it was deleted by me.

I can fulfill the policy or shall i sent up a new page

Please never re-create a deleted page. You can ask the undeletion of the item at administrators' noticeboard, but I have to tell you that the page was not deleted for a reason (it failed mentioned policy).
