Duplicate items created by Quickstatements

Hi Magnus, this qs batch for creating 100 new items apparently created 9 additional duplicates (and even one triplicate). I've double checked the input file for the pairs Western Europe : Industries (Q99440452) / Western Europe : Industries (Q99440455) and Levant : Plant kingdom (Q99440465) / Levant : Plant kingdom (Q99440466) - they are not duplicated in the input.

In batch #43015 I had the same issue when creating 155 items - got 32 duplicates or triplicates (thankfully cleaned up in the meantime).

If the problem is known and some workaround exists, please let me know. I'd be happy to provide another batch or some variations of the input to help reproducing the problem. For now, I'm witholding the creation of another ~3500 items.

Cheers, Joachim

Two additional informations:

The logs of the accoding batches cannot be fully displayed - a forever spinning wheel comes up when I try to access them (even with only 3 newly created items - https://quickstatements.toolforge.org/#/batch/43222). This let me suspect that something might be wrong with my input files. I tried a slight change of format, ommiting the blank lines in front of the CREATE statements - however, that did not change anything (again 1 duplicate within a 100 items, Q99569809-Q99570215). Workaround use "Run", not "Run in background" worked for batches of 100 and 1000 items without creating duplicates.
