It's because P:P3522 doesn't have P:P1629. Look at another edit for example: . Worse case, we can edit it later and add that.

Given the problem with WMF infrastructure, one shouldn't rely on edits being fixed later, especially if they are done by bot.

One could check in advance if information is available or needs to be completed first.
