I’ve removed your located in the administrative territorial entity (P131) and contains administrative territorial entity (P150) claims on eup of South Korea (Q24024848).

I think you may have misunderstood the properties’ meaning. They’re to be used on instances of classes such as eup of South Korea (Q24024848), not on the class itself.

I’m not sure if there’s a property to express the fact that it’s a lower item on the hierarchy of adminsitrative divisions.

I was going to express that "eup(읍)" is one of the divisions of "si(시)", "gun(군)" or "gu(구)". Now that I think about these claims, I have used wrong properties. Thank you for removing wrong properties! (Sorry for poor english...)
