Hello there, I am a PhD candidate and research assistant at the Institute of Information Systems of the University of Berne. My research domains concern Open Data (OD) and Linked Data (LD), with a particular focus on Open Government Data (OGD) and the related term Public Sector Information (PSI). My current research questions aim as theoretical development to explain the most important aspects and relationships pertaining to publication and usage of OGD on one side, and the value chain, net impact, fostering and hindering elements of OGD as subsequent consequences.
