Preparation

• see discussion here https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata_talk:WikiProject_COVID-19#Enter_covid-19_affected_and_death_cases_for_Switzerland_at_the_canton_level
• we need first to create one outbreak item per canton (similar to 2020 COVID-19 pandemic in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (Q87144034)) . The numbers will be then simply attach to these individual pages.

Tasks

Covid19SwissDataBot aims to import the dataset https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openZH/covid_19/master/COVID19_Fallzahlen_CH_total.csv to wikidata so that we have statistic about the spread of the outbreak at canton level.
