OGD Zurich Import

During the Wikimedia Hackathon 2014 in Zurich, the OGD-Team from the City of Zurich proposed to import some of their data to WikiData. I created a bot for this purpose to parse a CSV containing population data in all districts of Zurich from 1970-2013. The code is available on GitHub, the account I used to add the statements was Csvtodata. The bot is based on the popular pywikibot framework. In order to get the population import working, I had to extend it to support unit-less quantities.
