Hello! I run https://opensanctions.org, a website of persons of interest. We use Wikidata both for data enrichment and as a data source, and I'll mostly be here to make merge fixes as needed.
We are developing a command line application that would enable easy interactive publication of data in our database to Wikidata. The initial version would only try and add statements which do not already exist on the item, except for 'position held' which might propose adding statements if an existing instance for that period or without start or end time exists for that position.
The user reviews proposed changes and then chooses to publish them to wikidata, or skip the changes.
