Hello, everyone! I'm Raisha, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. I have been joining Wikimedia Movement since 2016, with my first experience being a Wikidata contributor. Over the past six years, I've organized various Wikidata-related events in Indonesia, including workshops, talks, trainings, and meetups. With a background in Computer Engineering, I sometimes handle technical questions across sister projects and also assist researchers who want to reuse data from Wikimedia projects. I'm a bit shy and sometimes find social situations challenging, but I love learning from everyone and discovering new things every day. I'm still working on improving my communication skills and am dedicated to making meaningful contributions to the Wikimedia and open data movements.
My work
I lead the Wikidata Software Collaboration team in Indonesia, as part of a joint effort with Wikimedia Deutschland. I'm responsible for taking care of a team who will develop tools to empower the lexicographical data community. While our primary focus is on the community in Indonesia, we hope to eventually reach the global community as well.
