My passion is video gaming data.

I intend to only use this account to edit video games and use project chat to reply to any problems that anyone sees with my edits, with an horizon open for other solutions, ie. requesting queries. If you see this account editing anything else please notify on my talk page, thank you!

Problem: When you visit the Steam App ID of a game/app and it just shows the general Steam page this is the kind of editing you need to apply. This is called "delisting":

ie. Grand Theft Auto WD item, delisting in reason for deprecation and direct link to db site directly related to delisting: Grand Theft Auto (Q94501)

Example item which will help me with further editing. This title is "playable", not "verified":

For a verified Steam Deck title, we can use Portal 2 as a template:

I think it's a bad idea I create new items as several have been deleted. This Wikidata database contains so many items that even if I worked on all of them I think it would take several years to work on them, so I don't think I will ever run out of items to work on, that is the reason why I find it unnecessary for me to create new items. Also my inability to understand whether an item is notable or not I am very unsure how that can be improved so I think this will be a help to the project as a whole.

These items I had to add Steam Deck compatibility data to myself because nobody had added them(these may be more notable games! Work in progress):

  • Team Fortress 2 (Q382108). Team Fortress 2 is a very well known game. 63 Wikipedias in various languages...Nobody since the creation of the item added anything related to compatibility with the Steam Deck, I'm the first one in 2024.

Items I'm less proud of contributing to(I was of the opinion I would not touch mods, but only independent games) which may be mods or other things that don't fit clearly in the "game" category:
