Yes, these accounts belong to one person, the following blocked person:

be blocked in Arabic. Of course, I don't know if the user is allowed to use six accounts at the same time in Wikidata, Wikicommons, and Metawiki or not? If it is against the rules, 5 of them should be closed and only the active account should remain open (provided that there are no other violations).

He has stated that his accounts are the same on this user page. The rest of his user pages are the same. Three English accounts have been blocked for vandalism. And all of them are fluent in Armenian and Persian languages.
- @المصارا: He makes it clear in his accounts that he owns other accounts, and as long as he does not use them in violation of the Arabic Wikipedia policy, he will not be banned, and even the two banned accounts were banned because of the violating name. Personally, I see the account as normal.
