For the moment, in the French Wikipedia, we have a category Grotte en Azerbaïdlan and a section in the article Liste de Grottes#Azerbaïdjan.

Hello @A2D2:

As far as I can see, there is no article in the Wikipedia in English named en:Caves in Azerbaijan yet.

Furthermore, in the Wikipedia in French, there is only one article (Grotte d'Azokh) concerning a cave in Azerbaidjan.

So it would be useless to create an article fr:Grottes d'Azerbaîdjan or fr:Liste de grottes d'Azerbaîdjan now, in the Wikipedia in French.
