Please check if IDs that you add actually work in URLs. You readded wrong ID here: Special:Diff/1389560057. In some cases Inforegister ID is apparently based on old name, e.g. 80185947-EESTI-LINNADE-LIIT, not 80185947-EESTI-LINNADE-JA-VALDADE-LIIT-MTU (Special:Diff/1390059974).
Also, is it certain that Inforegister entries can't be linked using only Business Register code? Search on inforegister.ee at least seems to work using these codes. 2001:7D0:81F7:B580:E8FE:E7F1:7A19:F692 08:57, 27 March 2021 (UTC)
