RKDtoMatch

I like that you have combined the artist list with the collections - it makes it much easier for me to track them. If it's not too much trouble, it would be nice for me to have these artists added to your selection (all have over 100 paintings on Wikidata now): Jan Steen (Q205863) Gerard ter Borch (Q346808) Adriaen van Ostade (Q352438) Frans van Mieris the Elder (Q959236) Nicolaes Pieterszoon Berchem (Q711737) and Jan van der Heyden (Q370567). Thx Jane023 (talk) 12:26, 20 October 2018 (UTC)

@Jane023: happy to hear it's useful and I'm not the only one working on it. I added them, did some other small modifications and are updated Wikidata:WikiProject sum of all paintings/RKD to match. I sent you the list of the top 1000 artists in RKDimages. You might find some more interesting ones to add. Multichill (talk) 13:33, 20 October 2018 (UTC)
Super! Thanks. Yes there are 150 or so artists that I am actively working on, but the ones you have already included will probably keep me busy for months. Jane023 (talk) 13:51, 20 October 2018 (UTC)
You're not the only one ;-) I did some good progress lately on paintings in French museums, mainly musée Fabre which seemed almost untouched, as well as the classics Louvre and Orsay. Maybe you could refresh them to reflect it? (your last update caught me midway in Orsay). I also just found out today about RKD to match/Recent additions which would be handy for places where there's a lot of old stuff already reviewed like Louvre. Sadly it's not linked there and thus does not benefit from the ready-to-use sparql queries. Surely you could easily fix this, as it's properly linked on other pages to Department of Paintings of the Louvre (Q3044768)? Thanks --Nono314 (talk) 20:18, 24 October 2018 (UTC)
