The question is if RKDartist 11895 is intended to refer to John Bradley (Q21289252) of Pall Mall in London (1786-1843) or to John Bradley (Q21460529) from Keighley, Yorkshire (1787-1844). The record gives the dates 1786-1843 with the source "Wikipedia, retrieved April 2018" probably meaning the "He should not be confused with […] John Bradley of Pall Mall, London (1786-1843), a printmaker and portraitist." in the article en:John Bradley (d. 1844). Hoi, op Wikidata hebben we Nicola di Maestro Antonio d'Ancona (Q3339920), deze wil ik aan 59404 hangen, maar de tijd klopt niet. Volgens mij lopen [1] en [2] hier door elkaar heen. Gerard ter Borch - Man on Horseback
Hi, I just added a comment to the RKDimages page, so will repeat it here in wiki Qids. In my own copy of the catalog of the 1974 Mauritshuis catalog "Gerard Ter Borch, Zwolle 1617 - Deventer 1681" (RKDlibrary 21043), nr. 1 is marked "G 1" (RKDlibrary 30064) and thus should be this one, but it is different. The image for Man on Horseback Seen From Behind (Q33140545) (RKDimages 61705) is a repetition of the Boston version Man on Horseback (Q20539832) (RKDimages 61709). Note the variation of Man on Horseback Seen From Behind (Q33140445), the "G 2" (RKDimages 61707) 'Mrs. M.A. Dunne' version is not in RKDimages at all, but this is Man on Horseback, seen from the back (Q55230997), which is in the Marburg Bildindex (obj00077257). This is apparently also not the one in my catalog (hard to tell from a black & white photo), which mentions (in 1974) three versions total, so there are either at least 4 versions recorded, or this image is incorrect. I don't have access to the first Gudlaugsson catalog, so I can't check. Jane023 (talk) 08:13, 28 June 2018 (UTC)
