Removal of P106 edit

Hello,

Why do you remove the P106 (profession) property of many pages. This is a very important property on fr.wiki because it is used to manage the categorisation of the biographies.

Regards

P106 and P39 are distincts. P106 is an important field. A king is a monarch. Both fields must be filled. --Hercule (talk) 12:12, 28 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hercule, monarch is not an occupation. This is a position. Can you learn to be a monarch? :) --Shmurak (talk) 12:13, 28 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Monarch is considered as an occupation (Q28640). It's related to Politician (Q82955) -> statesperson (Q372436) -> head of state (Q48352) -> monarch (Q116).
I complete the items that just have P39. P39 should also be more precise than "king" because it should indicate the territory, the dates and predecessor/successor. A monarch can have more than on P39. Every person should have a P106 field.

Shirt vs. dress shirt edit

Hi,

In these edits you moved several WP articles from the item "dress shirt" to "shirt". Why? As a native French speaker, I can attest that "chemise" means "dress shirt" and not "shirt". French doesn't have a word that's a direct translation of "shirt". As for the other languages, I don't know them but the articles seem to be about dress shirts only. Can we put them back on "dress shirt"? --Rinaku (t · c) 15:38, 20 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
