Unable to link Chinese page on Sex Selection (性別選擇)

I tried to link 性別選擇 on zhwiki to enwiki here:

However, I was prevented from completing this link because, apparently, the Chinese Wiki page is already linked to another page... When I visited the Chinese page here: [1] It seemed, as far as I could make out, that this page is linked to itself, and so preventing it from being linked to any other localized Wiki page. Hmm, ok. I couldnt see any indication the process would be discussion-based instead of evidence-based. The de-flag of KrattBot happened less than an hour after the request. Given GerardM has claimed the bot policy doesnt apply to his edits[2] and has continued doing the same edits after the permission removal request, I was hoping for similar swift intervention.
WD:Bots says
  • "Bot accounts should not be used for contributions that do not fall within the scope of the bot's designated tasks ... Bots must stay within reasonable bounds of their approved tasks. The general guideline is is to use common sense, and if in doubt, file another request for approval." - utterly ignored
  • "... and should never be used to make non-automated edits in the user talk namespace." - even this is ignored[3] ; also edits wikidata:talk:property:user:
  • "The bot operator is responsible for cleaning up any damage caused by the bot." GerardM only fixes the items that are reported to him; does not find and fix the many other cases of the same problem as was reported to him.
  • "In the case of any damage caused by a bot, the bot operator is asked to stop the bot." GerardM keeps on using the bot account, doing the exact same edits again, and again.
Can a 'crat formally ask him to stop using the bot until the issues are resolved, or at least strictly use the bot for the approved task (i.e. adding claims based on infoboxes, and preferably using imported from Wikimedia project (P143) since he has imported erroneous data from Wikipedia in the past) until the permissions removal request has been completed. Yes, we're on WikiData, not Wikipedia, but [[en:...]] is the interwiki prefix for //en.wikipedia.org/wiki/$1 and w and wikipedia are also prefixes for the same url: See: Special:Interwiki page. --TheMightyHercules (talk) 09:49, 15 May 2014 (UTC)

Thank you. @Ymblanter: The requesting user was merely wondering why the colon you forgot to add here was needed for linking to en.wikipedia. Obviously, this has to do with the interwiki sidebar.
