- Motivation
Database of pubs, many listed buildings (and hence already in Wikidata), with useful information on past licensees - often seemingly the only online source of such information. Given the long IDs, I would not be averse to storing these as URLs. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 10:47, 11 September 2017 (UTC)
- Discussion
- Support makes sense to me. - PKM (talk) 19:45, 11 September 2017 (UTC)
- Support I'll drink to that. Although it does seem to be for pubs in England only - no mention of Ye Olde Murenger House (Q20714224) or Robin Hood Inn (Q856815) - both in Wales. Robevans123 (talk) 08:58, 12 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Robevans123: That is, sadly, true. But as consolation, there are lots of these. Iechyd da! Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 19:00, 15 September 2017 (UTC)

- @Pigsonthewing, PKM, Robevans123: Done My great-great-great-grandfather is listed as a "publican" in Rotherwick, Hampshire in the 1851 UK census, but this site doesn't seem to quite have info back that far (at least for Rotherwick). ArthurPSmith (talk) 19:50, 11 October 2017 (UTC)
