- It's already got items outside the scope of just Oregon (common names of species, art-related terms, worldwide river basins). Their about page says "The name [opaquenamespace] was meant to reflect no institutional affiliation in the hope that it might become a resource for others who needed to publish linked open data". So, the label probably shouldn't mention anything Oregon-specific -- the Oregon content is just what I personally find the most useful at this time.
