User:RobertiBrownHadley21stCentury was blocked indefinitly for vandalism and suspected block evasion of User:359998Dominic, but User:359998Dominic will be unblocked in less than 3 months. - I believed them to be the same as the time. Based on their editing pattern on film ratings. Also the content of User talk:RobertiBrownHadley21stCentury.
