Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: I believe that all of these accounts are associated with an advertising agency, KOSAWADA Agency (Q112229111). The first two usernames listed above match the name of the director of the company, Adib Chaarani. At least five items (Q112193723, Q112132471, Q111271178, Q111271236, Q111271215) have been created for this individual. AhmadGhaddar93 matches the name of the founder of the company and that account created an Item for himself, Q112132339. All the other accounts have overlapping edits with Adibchaarani97 and each other. All the Items being created and edited are social media "influencers" of dubious notability. I feel this is a blatant effort to use Wikimedia to promote these individuals for personal gain. AhmadGhaddar93 is already blocked on English Wikipedia as a "Promotion / advertising-only account". Results: All the above-listed accounts are   Confirmed to be the same except AhmadGhaddar93, which is still   Likely related to the other accounts. Reason: Obvious socks of the previously blocked accounts. Iamtheone97 recreated an Item for Adib Chaarani which was repeatedly created by this sockfarm.

AhmadKosawada recreated an Item for KOSAWADA Agency which was previously created by this sock farm and then deleted.

Based on past behavior it's probably worth checking for additional socks beyond Iamtheone97 and AhmadKosawada. Marbletan (talk) 19:46, 23 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
