Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: The two users created/edited item about the same person, and I suspect they abuse multiple accounts for self-promotion. See Q105082200, Q104451337. Judging by number and characteristics of deleted edits made by both users, I suspect they might be both part of a promotion farm. Could you have a look, please?
