Rationale, discussion and results edit

Reason: I blocked Biantez on June 12 for a lot of problems (details). One day after, June 13, Lacareco return with the same problems (see descriptions with uppercase 1 and 2, 3 and 4, same area of interest (Brazilian reality shows, Big Brother Brasil). Biantez was blocked for sock some years ago on ptwiki (log, "Contas múltiplas" in Portuguese) until be banned there, so if he is socking again this is not really new. See too my talk page.
