Rationale, discussion and results
editReason: Rakeshbariha4 block evaded the block placed on Rakeshbariha6. Don't think CU is needed as its ducky. w:en:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Rakeshbariha5 contains a full list of socks blocked on enwiki. Although links between these user's edits on wikidata is weak, comparing their enwiki edits brings a connection. There is one sock at the enwiki case with a local account here but no edits which is Rakeshbariha10 (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · case block · block log · CA · checkuser (log) · investigate). - couldn't find any other special account besides above 4 accounts.
