Reason: Samuelle Santiago is globally locked due to cross-wiki disruption / self-promotion. IP 181.135.229.161, which is already blocked in the English and Spanish wikis as block evasion from Samuelle Santiago, created item Q109462600 (Cristopher Siachoque, Actor Voice). User Cristopher Siachoque edited Samuelle (Q7413031) (also edited by Samuelle Santiago) to add the name "David Koyuncuoğlu" (diff). User Davis Koyuncuoğlu also edited Samuelle (Q7413031) (diff) and created items Q109689662 (David Koyuncuoğlu Siachoque, Actor Voice) and Q109689681 (David Siachoque Koyuncuoğlu, seslendirme sanatçısı). Note the use of "Actor Voice" rather than "voice actor" in the newly created items; this, and the self-promo nature of the edits, lead me to believe that all accounts belong to the same user. –FlyingAce✈hello 22:04, 23 November 2021 (UTC)

Reason: The IP created Q112869053 and the registered account edited it. The associated article in eswiki has been deleted as a recreation of a previously deleted page (here).
