Task/s: Create 800 Bacteria items. I am in contact with the people of German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures (Q1203864) which are maintaining BacDive (Q25349390). They send me an update which includes new 800 Bacteria items. The creation of these Bacteria items went very well last year and the data has already been further improved and linked. For example Dictyoglomus turgidum DSM 6724 (Q28977062) was linked to Dictyoglomus turgidum (Q25841967). Further interlinking with strains and subjects in medicine, pharmacology, and biology is very likely as there is a lot of interest in this subdomain.
Code: Will use a slightly modified version of User:Checkallthestrings bot/Task 7 - Will use another bot to make it easier to find the BacDive contributions.
Function details: Will do sparql queries for existing taxon names. If the item is created with a few basic taxonomic statements which are sourced to BacDive. Will publish the code here in a few days.
