| The following rights, except the translation administrator and flood flags, are given after a community discussion or vote. Most of them can only be granted by bureaucrats, while checkuser and oversight are only granted by stewards. The translation administrator flag is granted by a bureaucrat who is satisfied that the relevant criteria have been met; administrators can add it to their own account. Similarly, the flood flag is granted by a bureaucrat; administrators can add it to their own account. | |||
