Translation capabilityEdit

Hello.Why the messages group Interface messages can be translated by any editor unlike the two message groups Workflow states and Interface which can only be translated by administrators?!Please enable translation of all messages for all translators.Thanks David (talk) 10:08, 24 January 2019 (UTC)

Why is your second link pointing to Commons?! That is not our business. Anyway, this first group is created by the system and not managed by translation administrators. The reason probably is the root page is not marked for translation. I'm reserved to marking six pages for translation just for a single string... Matěj Suchánek (talk) 15:47, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
