Task/s: Add credits (cast and crew) for audiovisual work produced in Quebec based on the Cinémathèque québécoise's catalogue data. Adds reference. Deletes redundant, more general existing statements in certain circumstances.

Function details: The bot adds statements connecting audiovisual works produced in Quebec to cast/crew members with one of 20 different predicates (see donnees/fonction_map.csv in the GitHub link for the full list). Each statement is referenced as stated in (P248) CineTV (Q41001657). If the statement already exists, only the reference is added (if it is not already present). The initial run will add a maximum of approx. 17,000 statements, although many will only involve adding references to existing statements. More uploads may be carried out as the Cinémathèque maps more Wikidata Qids to audiovisual works and persons in its catalogue.

Certain relations are already expressed with the more general predicate film crew member (P3092) and the qualifier object of statement has role (P3831) linking to a QID (such as actor (Q33999), rather than using the more specific predicate cast member (P161)). In cases where the bot creates a statement with a more specific predicate that is equivalent to the more general film crew member (P3092)/object of statement has role (P3831) statement, the bot will delete this more general statement. It also removes non-actor participants listed as cast member (P161) when a statement is added that identifies them as the more accurate recorded participant (P11108).
