The documentation for this function is taken from the case of the stage classification (P2417) of the 2016 Tour of Oman, Stage 6 (Q22772363). Each cyclist must be compulsorily attach a ranking (P1352), example: 1, or 5. Do not add bounds (+-0) unless there is an uncertainty given in sources. There may be as value as classified cyclists. The classification shall be made in order of arrival. Option: If the second argument is set to 1, the references are diplayed at the bottom right of the table.
