After one intense day of attending to sessions and networking, and before starting the second one, we're offering you a moment to relax, empty your mind, and reconnect with your body.
This yoga session is a gentle introduction, no need to have practiced yoga before. The moves will be easy and accessible to everyone, focused on breathing, relaxing and being conscious of your inner self.
No preparation needed, you should just come at 8:40 wearing comfy clothes. The rest will be provided in the room. Participation is limited to 20 people.
