No prefix for word forms required

Hello! I created a system to migrate Wiktionary in Wikidata and in my opinion you don't need a prefix for forms of a term because it would be a bigger effort to set every form. In the consisting system of Wiktionary the forms of nouns are handled this way as well. I propose to set the way of inflection and not every single form. My system just divides between terms and senses.

term sense
  • (lexeme) W123 (won't be displayed)
  • (lemma) apple
  • (lexical category) noun (i.e. Q1084)
  • (language) English (i.e. Q1860)
  • (inflection) en-noun
    • relates plural: apples (i.e. W124)
  • (sense) S2011 (won't be displayed)
    • (gloss) (en) tree of the species Malus
    • (gloss) (de) Baum der Spezies Malus
  • (sense) S1989 (won't be displayed)
    • (gloss) (en) fruit of the apple tree
    • (gloss) (de) Frucht des Apfelbaumes
    • (translation) (de) Apfel (i.e. W9000)
    • (statement) hyperonym -> fruit (i.e. S239)
  • link to Wikidata item (Q89) and OmegaWiki (5781)
