Constraints
This property is only applied to regular Ideographs (e.g. Hanzi, Kanji, Hanja, chữ Nôm) and their Radical groups. For other non-ideographic CJK characters in syllabary system like Kana, Hangul, Bopomofo are not applicable with this property. Other special symbols like enclosed letters, parenthesized letters are just derivative of regular Ideographs which shouldn't be treated as variants. (English)
