为明确小桐子(Jatropha curcas L.)果壳的化感物质,对小桐子果壳水提物的水萃取物进行了分离和初步鉴定.结果表明,AO活性部位为10gL-1时,对萝卜(Raphanus sativus Linn.)、苏丹草[Sorghum sudanense (Piper) Stapf]幼苗生长的抑制率均高于80%.经对AO部位进行HPLC-MS分析,选择鉴定了含量较高的6个化合物,其含量为总量的60.13%.其中,化合物6初步鉴定为楤木皂苷V (Araliasaponin… (Chinese)
