Mrs. Ira Lowe. 60-Year Resident of Rye. Mrs. Anna Lowe seventy-five of 21 Oakwood Avenue, Rye died suddenly this morning in the United Hospital. A resident of Rye for over years she was a member of the Rye Methodist Church. Her husband was the late Ira Lowe. Mrs. Lowe was born in New York City, October 20, 1881, daughter of the late Charles and Anna Augustus Kershaw Lindauer. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Blanche Testerman of the home address; a son Joseph Lowe, of Rye; three grandchildren, U.S. Army Capt. John Wahl of Fort Benning, Georgia; Mrs. W. F. Spaulding of San Antonio, Texas; and William Joseph Wahl of Rye, and seven great-grandchildren. (English)
