Mandic said the bakery uses an old-world recipe from Europe and has been making the biscuits for wineries in that state using local wines there. The biscuits are named for grandmother, Serbian immigrant Milena Gorunovic, who lived in Elizabeth and was one of the founders of St. George Ser- bian Orthodox Church in that city. (English)
