Pretrial notes: She was interrogated by the presbytery in Edinburgh. Also interrogated by three of the Edinburgh bailies. She claimed that the Devil forbade her to confess. Her supposed accomplice, Margaret Lawder,had brought her cake while she was imprisoned. (English)
